MASvcMgr_64.EXE consumes a significant amount of memory in MicroStrategy 9.x and 10.x

SYMPTOMS
Task Manager shows at least one and in some cases many instances of a process named MASvcMgr_64.EXE.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open Windows Task Manager
2. Launch Service Manager: notice MASvcMgr_64.EXE appears in the Processes list
3. Click on the X to close the service manager dialog box; notice MASvcMgr_64.EXE remains in task manager
4. There will be as many instances as many times Service Manager has been launched

CAUSE
The issue occurs because Strategy Service Manager was launched multiple times.

ACTION
Service Manager need not be launched again when it is already running. The additional instances can be closed from the task bar by right-clicking on it.

It is also recommended removing Service Manager from the Windows startup as otherwise MASvcMgr_64.EXE will appear in Task Manager even when no user launches it.
