KB310590: Sequelink is not correctly installed with Narrowcast components in MicroStrategy 10.3

SYMPTOM:
Narrowcast cannot be configured successfully in a machine with Strategy products newly installed. This is due to Sequelink is not correctly installed with Narrowcast components. Records in install.log show as below:

SequeLink ODBC Socket Server version 6.0
Trying to launch the SequeLink ODBC Socket Server version 6.0 install
Command Line: /s /v" INSTALLDIR=\"C:\Program Files (x86)\DataDirect\slserver55\" IPE=NO SLACCOUNTNAME=\"xxx\xxx\" SLAGENTNAME=\"SLAgent55\" SLSERVERNAME=\"SLSocket55\" /qn"
Fatal error during installation.
 
 Could not launch the SequeLink ODBC Socket Server setup. 

CAUSE:
During the installation, Sequelink is trying to write records in the services file under C:\Users\xxx\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\ instead of C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\. While this folder does not exit, thus causing the installation failure.

ACTION:
This issue can be resolved by creating a dummy directory: C:\Users\xxx\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\.
