KB370016: Apostrophes in attribute names displayed as ' in axis labels and legend in Dossier 10.9

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
When an attribute element with an apostrophe is displayed in Dossier 10.9, the apostrophe is replaced by "'" as shown below:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. make a copy of the Year attribute and rename it with something with an apostrophe ' 
2. create a dataset report with the attribute created at step 1 and Cost 
3. create a Dossier with that dataset 
4. choose Line Chart visualization 
5. place Cost in the Vertical, the attribute in the Horizontal and Color By 
6. notice how the apostrophe in the attribute name is replaced by "'" 

CAUSE:
This is an identified defect in Strategy 10.9.
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy 10.10. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of this fix.
