Error
The Web Server encountered an unknown runtime error.  Error in report results

When the web error logs are checked, the following error is found:
Error
The export result file does not exist

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Point the Web Server to clustered Intelligence Servers.
  2. Make sure that the username used to sign into the clustered Intelligence Servers (see screenshot) does not have the permission to read/write to the other cluster node.

       3.    Attempt to export from Strategy Web 9.2.1.

CAUSE
This issue occurs because the Intelligence Server node does not have access to read and write on the other cluster node.  In order to export, the Intelligence Servers may need to read from the history files located on the other machine.  The location of this folder can be determined by opening Strategy Desktop 9.2.1 and right clicking the server name > Configure Strategy Intelligence Server > History settings > History directory.

ACTION
Enable the username that accesses each Intelligence Server to have read/write capabilities on all clustered Intelligence Server nodes.
