KB439436: Even though "Maximum columns in grid" is set to 10 and the grid is visible on Web, no column displayed on MicroStrategy Mobile 10.x

This article explains why no column gets displayed on Mobile where some columns are expected to be visible similar to how the same grid displayed on Web, and how to address the issue.

SYMPTOM:
No column is displayed in a grid when a dashboard is displayed on Strategy Mobile 10.x. The same dashboard shows expected number of columns and rows displayed when viewed via Strategy Web 10.x. In Mobile Configuration, "Maximum columns in grid" is set to 10.

CAUSE:
The grid is designed with more than 10 rows where first 10 rows are hidden. For example, the grid has 15 rows, and 5 rows are visible on Strategy Web. 
ACTION:
Increase "Maximum columns in grid" to accommodate all of the columns to be displayed including the hidden columns.
