KB45051: The same document appears multiple times in the mobile subscriptions tab, once per each user group that it belongs to that is also a recipient of the mobile subscription in MicroStrategy Mobile 9.3.1.

SYMPTOM:
A user is a part of two user groups, Group A and Group B.  When a Strategy Mobile subscription is created for a document to be delivered to both user groups, the user sees the document twice in their Mobile Subscriptions tab in Strategy Mobile 9.3.1, like shown below.
 

 
Furthermore, the user would see the document one time for each user group that it belongs to that is also a recipient of the subscription.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Create two groups with all privileges, Group A and Group B as shown below.
  

• Create a user that is a part of both groups like shown below.
  

• Create a mobile subscription to one report and send this to both groups, like shown below.
  

• Run the subscription in Strategy Mobile 9.3.1 and observe that the report is seen twice in the Mobile Subscriptions tab.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Mobile 9.3.1.
 
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
