KB440860: Metric Custom format show different in Grid and Graph 10.10 and 10.11

If create a metric with custom format (10k, 10m, 10M), it displays differently in grid and graph. Also it displays different from previous versions.

SYMPTOM:
Created a custom format in metric as following. In Grid, it displays properly, but in Graph, it is not been displayed as needed.
(This has been done with Brazilian Real)
R$[>=1000000000]#,##0.0,,," B";R$ [>=1000000]#,##0.0,," M";R$ [>=1000]#,##0.0," m";R$[<=-1000000000][RED]#,##0.0,,," B";R$ [<=-1000000][RED]#,##0.0,," M";R$[<=-1000][RED]#,##0.0," m";0

Difference between Grid view and Graph view

ka04W000000OatmQAC_0EM44000000WOUS.jpeg

CAUSE:
- Graph Matrix's handling of custom number format is different from Grid
- [RED] is not supported in graph, so the values are always in black
- 'R' in R$ is not supported in 10.10
WORKAROUND:
1) On 10.10, remove the 'R' from the original format since it's not supported.
 $[>=1000000000]#,##0.0,,," B";$ [>=1000000]#,##0.0,," M";$ [>=1000]#,##0.0," m";$[<=-1000000000][RED]#,##0.0,,," B";$ [<=-1000000][RED]#,##0.0,," M";$[<=-1000][RED]#,##0.0," m";0
After applied Workaround in "A" on 10.10

2) On 10.11, make "R$" work by adding double quotation marks
"R$"[>=1000000000]#,##0.0,,," B";"R$" [>=1000000]#,##0.0,," M";"R$" [>=1000]#,##0.0," m";"R$"[<=-1000000000][RED]#,##0.0,,," B";"R$" [<=-1000000][RED]#,##0.0,," M";"R$"[<=-1000][RED]#,##0.0," m";0
3) Use threshold on metric to control the bar's color (ex. red for negative and green for positive) to differentiate negative values  from positive values.
