SYMPTOM:
Users get the Runtime Error when accessing the MSTRWS.asmx page in Strategy Office 9.4.1.

CAUSE:
The error message might be caused by many factors.

ACTION:
Since it's a very general error message, users are suggested to set the <customErrors> mode to "Off" to get more detailed error message by following steps below:

Insert the <customErrors> tag to the web.config file and set the attribute mode to "Off". The web.config file can be found in the root directly of the current web application.

Restart the web server.
Open the MSTRWS.asmx page again and a much more detailed error message should be returned.
