SYMPTOM
The following error appears when exporting a report to PDF in Strategy 10.x:

CAUSE
Unsupported version of Tomcat web server is being used.
ACTION
Install and use a supported version of Tomcat.
Refer to MicroStrategy Product Documentation page to find supported versions of Tomcat for each version of Strategy.
