MSTRLog will show the following message:

You are using a 10.x version client connecting to 11.x version I-Server. Please upgrade to a 11.x version client to successfully connect to I-Server

CAUSE:
Even though the version is 2019 (11.1), Strategy is still seeing as if it was 10.x.
This might happen in scenarios where the update didn't complete successfully.
ACTION:
Redeploy the .war file.
