KB440252: Arial Narrow fonts is not used when export the visualization to PDF in MicroStrategy 10.x

This issue has been classified as a defect by MicroStrategy. The impact is limited to MicroStrategy 10.x product when Arial Narrow fonts is using in visualization. A code fix for this issue is not available in current releases but is being reviewed for a future MicroStrategy release.

SYMPTOM:
 
Arial Narrow fonts is not used when export the visualization to PDF in Strategy 10.x as shown below:

CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue with Strategy 10.x.
 
 
ACTION:
 
 
Currently this issue is still being reviewed for feasibility by our Technology team and it is not scoped for any upcoming scheduled Strategy release.
