In this tutorial, you learn how to do basic customization to Strategy Web using Strategy SDK. Strategy SDK installation provides many ready-to-use plug-ins for customization.
- First example demonstrates how to create a new ribbon, by copying "CreatingNewRibbonReport" to the plug-in folder for Strategy ASPx. Once you reset IIS, in Strategy Web you see a new menu option "Publish" being added next to the standard menu options on the menu bar.
- Second example demonstrates how to add a new color theme, by copying the "CreatingNewGreenTheme_ASP". After resetting IIS, on the preferences menu of Strategy Web you can then select green theme and preview it.
