Calendar by Vitara

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.

Description

The Calendar widget by Vitara can be set to display at day, month, or year level. The Calendar can also display color codes for cells by the metric value by automatically distributing the available data values into 6 equal thresholds. The end users can change ranges and custom color options for the calendar. The Calendar feature is highly useful across all industries to observe trends and detect anomalies where KPIs are measured by time.
For the Calendar widget, some use cases are: 

1. Daily Sales color coded to show when Sales were high or low
   
2. Nightly load or critical downtime of IT servers showing incidents occurred by day or month
   
3. Case trending analysis to see which days have high volume of incidents
