Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
Users cannot modify the filter name in Dossier from Strategy Web 2019. Once the Dossier is save and reopened, the filter name will be reset as the attribute name in the filter.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Login to Strategy Web 2019, create a new Dossier with a filer. Add an attribute into the filer.
2. Rename the Filter to any other value other than attribute name. Save the Dossier.
3. Reopen the Dossier and notice the filter name is still the attribute name.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue of Strategy Web 2019.
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy 2019 Update 1. Please update to this version to take advantage of the fix.
