KB485403: Change Subscription Owner Using Workstation

Starting with Strategy 2021 Update 2 it is possible to change subscription owner using workstation.

Prerequisites

1. The subscription owner or user with admin subscription privilege can change the subscription owner.
2. Scheduler need to be enabled in order to view the subscriptions.

Action

1. Connect to your environment with required privilege.
2. Go to ADMINISTRATION> Subscriptions, select Subscriptions that need to change owner.
3. Right-click and choose Change Ownership.
