This article details an issue where custom groups placed in the Filter Panel cause metric subtoal and aggregation issues.

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.

Description

Users may notice when using a custom group in a dossier's Filter panel, that the metric does not propertly aggregate and sum. The Show Totals option also does not work properly.

Why is this happening?

This is an identified defect in all versions of Strategy.
