KB484786: Customize the login page with a background image for the MicroStrategy Mobile for Android app

Steps

The following steps can help you change the background image of the login page. 

• Set up a Strategy Android SDK environment. 
• Download the SDK zip file and import it to Android Studio. 
• Go to the app > res > values folder. 
• Put the background images under the corresponding

  drawable-xxx

  folder with the name that you defined. Image types of

  .jpg

  ,

  .png

  , and

  .bmp 

  are supported. 
• Find "

  authentication_view.hml

  " in SDK and copy the file to the app > res > values > layout folder.
• Add one

  LinearLayout

  under the first

  LinearLayout
