KB440599: D3 visualization could not be displayed in MicroStrategy Mobile 10.11 for iOS against MicroStrategy Mobile Server 10.4

This article describes an issue where D3 visualization could not be displayed in MicroStrategy Mobile 10.11 for iOS. The issue is limited to a specific combination of App and Mobile server, so changing either of the two would be a workaround. The issue has also been fixed in MicroStrategy Mobile 11.0 for iOS.

SYMPTOM:
D3 visualization could not be displayed in Strategy Mobile 10.11 for iOS against Strategy Mobile Server 10.4, a blank page is rendered in document or visual insight in the D3 widget.
Note that this issue does not occur on an older Strategy Mobile version such as 10.10 or 10.9

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Mobile 10.11 for iOS.
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Mobile 11.0 for iOS. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
