This article explains a known issue that Intelligence Server m2019 crashes when Enterprise Manager Data Loader service starts data load and share the fix.

SYMPTOM

Process of Strategy Intelligence Server 2019 crashes when the server is accessed by Enterprise Manager Data Loader service for lookup migration.

CAUSE

This issue is identified as a defect with Strategy 2019. This issue does not affect Intelligence Server if there is no object deleted in the projects monitored by Enterprise Manager.

ACTION

Option A (Recommeded)

This issue has been addressed with Strategy 2019 Update 1. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.

Option B

This issue has been addressed with Strategy 2019 Global Patch. The patch can be downloaded from the attachment section of this article. The ZIP file contains three files:
