Decomposition Tree

A decomposition tree allows you to view data at different dimensions. Similar out-of-the-box options include the Sankey diagram (video) and Network chart (video).

Strategy Features 

• Supports custom properties   (10.3 and later)
• Supports exporting to PDF   (10.6 and later)

Installation Instructions

• To install this visualization, download the .zip file below and deploy it in the environments where you want to use it - Strategy Desktop, Workstation, Web, or Mobile.
  
• Extract the ReingoldTilfordTree_Cartesian.zip and copy the directory within the chosen environment's plugins folder Ex: (<Strategy Installation Path>/plugins/)
• Restart your chosen environment to complete the installation 
• After you have installed the visualization, you can open a working demo of this visualization by downloading the .mstr file below and doing the following:
  
• To open the demo visualization in Strategy Desktop or Workstation, double click the .mstr file.
• To open the demo visualization in Strategy Web, choose Create -> Upload Strategy File -> View Dashboard.
• You cannot directly open the demo visualization in Strategy Mobile. You need to upload the demo visualization to another Strategy environment, such as Web, and then connect to that environment with Mobile.
• To easily add right from Workstation, simply go to the Custom tab in the Visualization Gallery on the top toolbar, then click the plus button and add the zip file. Follow along with this tutorial.
