KB441627: Dossier Scroll bars are too thin in MicroStrategy Web 10.x

This Knowledge Base article describes a known issue with Dossier scroll bars that results to be too thin in MicroStrategy Web 10.x.

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM
In Strategy  Web 10.x, the thickness of scroll bars in a Dossier is too thin, resulting for Web users not easy to spot and grab them, as shown below:

ACTION
This issue has been addressed in Strategy 2019, please upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
Users can also refer to KB441200 to customize the scroll bar weight with Strategy SDK
