Dossier became slower when executed by users with security filter after upgrade to mstr2021U8 /U9/U10.

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.

Description:  

In both Web and Library, a dossier may become slower when executed by users applying a security filter after upgrading to mstr2021U8 /U9/U10. Before upgrading the same dossier may take less than 1 min while after upgrading it took more than 3 min. No issue for users without a security filter. 

Root Cause:  

It was a known issue in mstr2021U8//U9/U10. The preconditions for this issue are:  

• User with Security filter.  
  
• Dossier with multiple OLAP cubes. 
  

Solution: 

This issue will be fixed in M2021 U11.
