KB440202:Dossier export to PDF function in Library can only export first page to PDF for multiple records report on MicroStrategy Dossier 10.9

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
DESCRIPTION:
In Strategy Library 10.9, if the dossier report has multiple pages of records in grid , when exporting to PDF, it will only export the first page of all the records into PDF (the PDF file only has one page a well).
However on 10.9 Web, the export to PDF function works fine, which will export all report data into PDF. And the exported PDF file will has multiple pages.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Create a dateset report with many number of records
• Use this report to create a dossier with grid, and insert all the records
• Save the dossier and share to Dossier Library
• On Web, export the PDF, it will export all the grid records and save them to a multiple pages PDF file
• Then on Dossier Library, click 'Share' option, choose 'Export to PDF', it will only export first screen of the dossier grid to PDF file which has only one page of the same. 

CAUSE:
This is caused by a product limitation in Strategy Library 10.9
ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy 10.10. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix
