On Windows, the Strategy installer relies on MySQL open source components. These components are not provided in the Strategy installer; instead, you must download the files.
There are two ways to download the open source components: (1) The installer will download the files during installation, but you must be connected to the Internet. Or (2) when the server does not have Internet access, you must manually download the files and save them to your Downloads folder.
You can manually download files from the MySQL website or using the OSSDownloader utility.
The .exe file is located at
\Installations\Utilities\OSSDownload\OSSDownloader.exe.
