KB440292: ESRI map does not render when exporting from Dashboard VI to PDF in MicroStrategy 10.4.x

SYMPTOM:
 
In Strategy 10.4.x, layout and color of ESRI map are not being respected when exporting from Dashboard VI to PDF.
 

1. Create a dashboard VI on Strategy web 10.4.x, include a customized ESRI map.
2. Observe the layout and color as below:

       3. Export to PDF. 
       4. Observe the layout and color are different as shown below: 

 
 
CAUSE:
 
This is a known issue with Strategy 10.4.x.
 
 
ACTION:
 
The issue has been fixed in 10.6. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
