This article describes the process of taking an Education certification, from enrollment to grading.
Search for the certification on the Education Website, such as Project Architect.
Hover over the certification description and click Open chapter. The certification description and instructions page open.
Click Start Course. The Learning Portal opens to the certification page.
Click Enroll. A new window opens to confirm that you want to launch a new attempt.
Click Launch, then enter your name to confirm you are ready to begin the exam.
Click Exit. You are redirected to the certification portal. Once in the portal, confirm your email and the exam you would like to take.
Download your course files and re-confirm you are ready to start your exam.
Please allow up to 40 minutes for your environment to be provisioned. The exam time starts when you receive the AWS email letting you know that the environment is ready.
Once you finish the certification project, exit the environment; no further actions are required.
You will receive an email indicating if you passed within two weeks. Please be advised there is a lockout period for this certification.
If you fail the exam and attempt to enroll again before that period is over, you will not be able to launch the certification enrollment steps.
If you pass, you will receive your digital credentials within 48 hours from the results email.
If you are facing issues launching the certification and you have not attempted a certification within 15 days, search for the name of the certification directly on the certification portal and launch it from there.
