Error “Cannot find a  function corresponding to XIRR” occurred during metadata update process when upgrading from Strategy 9.x to Strategy 10.x.

Note:
The below GUID could be for other metric, which is shipped out-of-the-box in 10.x metadata. 

Object: <Metric id=00B7BFFF967F42C4B71A4B53D90FB095> is not found.

CAUSE
In some scenarios like KB43806, GUID of some System Objects are not unified during upgrade.
 
ACTION
Follow below steps to re-execute System Object ID Unification and upgrade metadata:

1. Ensure the metadata with above error has been back up. 
2. Connect to this metadata and run below SQL:
   update DSSMDOBJPROP set prop_val=0 where propset_id='C02146A211D46D60C0001786395B684F' and prop_id=4 and object_type=32;
3. Use configuration wizard to upgrade all projects again
