If installing Strategy Office legacy plugin 2021 32-bit on top of Office 32-bit version. User will encounter error “Excel is running into problems with the 'mozartaddin.mozartaddin' add-in. If this keeps happening, disable this add-in and check for available updates. Do you want to disable it now?" when launch to Excel, Excel couldn’t be opened. This issue only happens when using 32-bit Office plugin with 32-bit version MicroSoft Office.
This is a known issue of Strategy Office legacy plugin, Strategy 2021 (and Updates 1-2) 32-bit version. This issue is fixed in Strategy 2021 Update 3, please consider upgrading to take advantage of the fix.
