KB441519:Error “MsiInBox: The persist message result, either a persisted report definition, a report result in report cache or a document result file, is not found.” occurred when accessing a history list result in cluster ENV with hybrid history settings

A certain error message like “MsiInBox: The persist message result, either a persisted report definition, a report result in report cache or a document result file, is not found. It may have been manually deleted by system administrator.” is displayed on Strategy Web page when accessing a history list result such as export excel from one node of a clustered environment with hybrid history settings.
 
SYMPTOM
Error message likes below is displayed on Strategy Web page when accessing to the history list result such as report exported to Excel from one node of a clustered environment with hybrid history list setting and localized history list caching share. However connecting from the other node doesn’t get this error.
 
Error Message:

An error has occurred on this page.
(MsiInBox: The persist message result, either a persisted report definition, a report result 
in report cache or a document result file, is not found. 
It may have been manually deleted by system administrator.)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Create a 2 node Strategy Intelligence Server clustered environment and configure Hybrid History settings. Configure the history list caching in localized way.
2. Create a history list subscription on one node from Strategy Web.
3. Go to History List and try to export the history list to excel from both node1 and node2.
4. The error message will be displayed in either node.

CAUSE
Localized caching is NOT supported for Hybrid history settings in clustered environments in Strategy.
 
ACTION
Try either of below to solve the error:

1. Change the History settings to pure “Database Based” mode or “File Based” mode
2. Change the caching share to “Centralized Caching” mode instead of “Localized Caching” mode.
