Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
When opening a dossier in Strategy Mobile app, user might encounter below error:
Please open this dossier in Strategy Library to see the New Graph Matrix Visualization
CAUSE:
KPI, Box plot, waterfall and histogram visualizations are only available in Strategy Library application.
ACTION:
Users to use library app to utilize our new graph matrix visualizations. If user insists on using Strategy mobile app only, users can switch to other visualizations like line charts or area chart to avoid the messages.
