When upgrading your Intelligence Server components, some people may notice an error when providing the Strategy Authentication in the first step:
The user who is being authenticated is the administrator user with appropriate permissions and access.
CAUSE:
The cause of this issue for this particular instance was that the user had an additional instance of TOMCAT running in their environment when it should not have been
RESOLUTION:
After removing the additional TOMCAT instance from the I Server, the Configuration Wizard error failed to appear and the user was able to upgrade successfully.
