Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
Error message "CURLHandler::hGet: fail with CURL error 7" is seen in the DSSErrors.log when running a subscription for a Dossier.

SYMPTOM
When running a subscription for a Dossier, the subscription can't be executed and the following error message can be found in DSSErrors.log:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Create a Dossier
- Create a subscription for the Dossier
- Run the subscription
CAUSE
The 'Strategy PDF Exporter' service is not up and running.
ACTION
Start the 'Strategy PDF Exporter' service in the Service Manager.
