KB441902: Error message "Function 'TD_RIGHT' called with an invalid number or type of parameter" appears when users run reports with OOTB attributes using TD_RIGHT function in Enterprise Manager 10.x against Teradata database

SYMPTOM:
If users run reports with OOTB attributes using TD_RIGHT function in Enterprise Manager 10.x against Teradata database,the error message "Function 'TD_RIGHT' called with an invalid number or type of parameter" appears.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Configure Enterprise Manager using Teradata as Enterprise Manager Repository;
2. Create a report with the OOTB attribute Connection Source ( Location - >Enterprise Manager\Schema Objects\Attributes\All Indicators & Flags);
3. Execute the report. Users will get error: Function ‘TD_RIGHT’ called with an invalid number or type of parameter.
4. Copy the report sql and modify 'length' to 'char_length' in DB Query Tool. No error.

CAUSE:
Right function with length parameter is not supported.
ACTION:
The issue will be fixed in Strategy 2019. Upgrade to this version to take advantage of the fix.
