SYMPTOM:
When users open the ‘Connect to Your Data’ page in Strategy Web/Desktop/Workstation 11.0, the Facebook Connector is no longer available, as can be seen in the screenshot below.
CAUSE:
Starting with the Strategy 11.0 release, Strategy has disabled the Facebook connector. This is due to Facebook's deprecation of their Search API on April 5, 2018, which was leveraged by the Facebook connector.
