SYMPTOM:
After following knowledge base article to integrate Teradata Parallel Transporter API (TPTAPI) into Strategy the error "Failed to dynamically load library 'libM8TeraWrp.so'" is still shown when execute a report or publishing an Intelligent Cube in Strategy Developer.
Error: SQL Generation Complete
QueryEngine encountered error: TeradataWrpLibrary::Load failed. Teradata TPT API encountered an error.
Error type: TeradataWrapper Error. Failed to dynamically load library 'libM8TeraWrp.so'. (Server message 305419896) libpxicu.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory (UNIX Dynamic Linking message -1)..
Error in Process method of Component: QueryEngineServer, Project BI Reporting and Analytics - UAT, Job 9227, Error Code= -2147212544.
CAUSE:
Failed to load ‘libM8TeraWrp.so’ due to its dependent libraries ‘libpxicu.so’ and ‘libtelapi.so’ cannot be found in the library search path.
ACTION:
1. Remove ‘libpxicu.so’ and ‘libtelapi.so’ under / [MSTR installation path] /lib if exist.
2. Appended the below command to <your Strategy I-Server installation path>/env/ODBC.sh, for example: /opt/mstr/MicroStrategy/env/ODBC.sh and set correct value of TPT_LIBRARY_PATH according to your TTU installation path.

Note:
Set THREADONOFF to 1 means to run the Teradata PT multi-threaded application.
3. Restart Strategy service to take changes into effect.
