Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM
Some Users accessing Dossiers in 10.11 via Internet Explorer may notice that the font used in some of the menus/tool bars is different than in all other places in Strategy Web application.
Issue occurs for some very specific language/internationalization settings of the Web Servers. Please find an example in the screenshot below:
CAUSE
This is an identified limitation of Strategy Web application that can be observed when using Internet Explorer for some specific international/language settings of the Web Server.
ACTION
This reported defect has been already brought to Strategy’s attention and the fix is scheduled to be introduced in upcoming 11.1 release. Please consider upgrading to this version to benefit from the fix.
WORKAROUND:
Use one of the other certified browsers: Safari, Chrome or Firefox.
