Since Strategy 10.6, New Export Engine is implemented to support exporting Visual Insight to PDF. Port 20100 will be used by default.

How to Change port number of PDFExporterService

1. edit appilication.properties file under path {path of iserver}/PDFExporterService/
2. change server.port to another value, such as server.port = 12345
3. restart PDFExporterService

How to restart PDFExporterService
PDFExporterService will be started automatically by installer. 

1. for Windows, the service is automatically started after you install I-Server or restart machine. you can find and control it in the task manager named MSTR_PDFExporter or Windows services panel.
2. for Linux, PDFExporterService will not be started when OS is restarted. And customer need to start PDFExporterService manually. run the script pdfexporter.sh under path install/IntelligenceServer/PDFExportService
   
1. run pdfexporter.sh start to start PDFExporterService
2. run pdfexporter.sh stop to stop PDFExporterService
3. run pdfexporter.sh restart to restart PDFExporterService
4. run pdfexporter.sh status to check status of PDFExporterService
