This tutorial is the second part of the complete overview of the preparation of the Strategy 9 environment, from setting up the Intelligence Server to go live on Web.
This video covers how the Strategy Architect can be used to map physical objects in the data source to the logical objects in the Strategy metadata. Firstly, it explains how to create the Database Instance to point the application to the underlying data source. Secondly, it shows how to create a new BI application called Strategy Project. Then, it presents how by using the graphical interface of the Strategy Architect users can easily map the physical objects in the data source to the logical (schema) objects like Attributes, Facts and Hierarchies, which will be later used in the reports and documents.
