Business users can access an extensive advanced analytical library of functions in order to build complex and advanced metrics for data mining purposes such as forecasting or predictive analytics. Strategy Desktop can embed any statistical metric into a dashboard or visualization very easily. This tutorial video shows an example of creating a forecasting metric on the fly using R algorithms. After creating the metric, users can easily drag and drop it in a visualization in Strategy Desktop.
