BACKGROUND:

PRE-REQUISITE:
Intelligence Server should be started in interactive mode. Details are in the article below.
KB16877: How to start MicroStrategy Intelligence Server 9.x-10.x in an interactive mode in Windows and UNIX.
STEPS:

  • If Intelligence Server is on Windows, drive <Install Path>\Program Files (x86) \Strategy\Intelligence Server\Mstrsvr2.exe, and input d.
  • If Intelligence Server is on Unix/ Linux, run <mstr_home_directory>/bin/mstrsvr, and input d.


 
Send the output of the d command, timestamp and the DSSErrors.log to Strategy Technical Support for further troubleshooting.
