This article provides steps for configuring the memory mapped functionality via MicroStrategy Workstation.

Description


You can enable memory mapped files for Cloud Connectors by modifying the Smart Memory Usage for Intelligence Server setting. 
 

  • In Strategy Workstation, go to Datasets and choose the Cloud Connector cube you want to apply the setting to.

  • Right-click the cube > Get Info.

  • Go to Advanced Settings.

  • At the bottom of the dialog, select the All Properties option.

  • Click Edit next to the Smart Memory Usage for Intelligence Server property.

  • Select the Enable the capability property value.
