With mix of Reporter users and Web users customers might very easily fall into out-of-compliance situation. The total number of users deployed might be OK, but the allocation of users to Web instead of Reporter might lead to OOC.
Let's say the customer purchased 400 Web Users and 200 Reporter Users. They've deployed 580 users. License Manager shows all of them are Web Users - that results with OOC messages!
It is extremely easy to modify one setting or assignment and as a result the user will be counted as Web. It is not easy to track it and fix all wrongly assigned privileges. This manual may help in this task.
