Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
When exporting documents or dossiers to PDF, some images are not visible in a PDF export. Images stored in the images directory are visible, but the images stores in the Images directory are not visible.
The images are present in Strategy Web, but not in the PDF export.
The
./Images/URL is not present on the list of whitelisted URLs for export. Due to case sensitivity, only images stored in the
imagesdirectory are visible out-of-the-box.
Add
./Images/to the whitelisted URLs. More information on how to add URLs to the whitelist can be found here.
