This Knowledge Base article addresses an issue where users do not see any dossiers in Web.

Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
SYMPTOM:
In Strategy 10.9, users don’t see any dossiers in Web.
 
CAUSE:
Dossier’s are not visible in Web because the users do not have one of 2 privileges:


“Web create dossier”
“Web Run Dossier”

 
ACTION:
Grant users either “Web create dossier” under Web Analyst or “Web Run Dossier” under Common Privileges through Developer.
