KB483671: In MicroStrategy Web 2019 Update 1, grid lines disappear when changing the browser zoom level in Chrome

Description

In Strategy Web 2019 Update 1, grid lines in a dossier disappear when the browser zoom level is changed in Google Chrome. 

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a dossier and add a Grid visualization. Notice the grid lines appear when the Chrome browser zoom level is 100%.
  

• Change the Chrome zoom level (zoom in or out) and notice the grid lines disappear. In this example, changing the zoom level to 90% caused the grid lines to disappear. 
  

Why is this happening?
