Starting with the release of Strategy ONE (March 2024), dossiers are also known as dashboards.
In Strategy 2021 Update 5.1 after upgraded from 2019 Update 3, execute a dossier, and try to export one of the grid Widget to Excel get below error:

Metadata is still in Strategy 2019 Update 3.
Export engine is trying to access a property which is defined after Strategy 2019 while the metadata is not upgraded, Intelligence Server cannot find the property thus raises the error 'index out of range'.
