KB10043: “Incorrect login/password [User not found.]” error message appears when attempting to access a MicroStrategy Intelligence Server in the Narrowcast System Configuration Wizard

SYMPTOM:
Strategy Narrowcast Administrators receive the following error message when attempting to access the Strategy Intelligence Server through the System Configuration Wizard > Configure Sources > Specify Projects:

Incorrect login/password [User not found.]

• The Strategy Narrowcast system contains one Information Source that connects to the Strategy Intelligence Server 'localhost'.
• This Information Source uses the user account 'Timothy Kelly' as an Administrative Account:
  

• The user account 'Timothy Kelly' was later deleted from the Strategy Intelligence Server.

 
ACTION:
Configure the Information Sources connecting to the specified Strategy Intelligence Server to use a valid user account in the Intelligence Server as Administrative Account.
