SYMPTOM:
When users customize HTML Document stylesheets with non-English characters, such as umlauts, HTML Documents do not return any data.
CAUSE:
This occurs because the default XML is not enabled to display non-English characters.
ACTION:
Add the following on top of any HTML Document XML stylesheet, e.g., Agent.xml:
