Strategy 2021 Narrowcast Server provides the ability to notify administrators, via email, of events occurring within a Narrowcast System.
In the Administrative Notification dialog box, (Narrowcast Administrator Console >Tools menu > Set Administrative Notification...) users can configure the messages and specify the notification addresses for the messages:

Selecting the check box corresponding to a Message type enables the Governing and Filtering option. Under Governing and Filtering, messages can be defined for that notification and configured for the frequency of alerts:
