SYMPTOM:
When the password is due to expire in one day but users want to access Strategy Web, they cannot see the icons for the projects to which they have access. Subsequently, users find they cannot change their password.
CAUSE:
The option "Allow users to change expired password" under 'Project preferences'/Login is not selected.
ACTION:
The Administrator must login to select the option "Allow users to change expired password" under 'Project preferences'/Login. The users will then be able to change their password.
